We are happy to shine a spotlight on Curtis Prohl located at our TEAM Andrews facility, a dedicated and versatile member of the TEAM Industries family. Curtis has been with us since October 2011, and his journey here is inspirational.

Curtis is happily married and a proud father of three. Two of his children have followed in his footsteps, working part-time at TEAM Industries. Outside of work, Curtis enjoys sports, video games, problem-solving, and building things.

Curtis joined TEAM Industries seeking full-time employment close to home. He began his career in production and quickly demonstrated his potential. Over the years, he has taken on various roles, including Receiving and Inventory Control, Supervisor over Shipping and Receiving and, Material Handler.

Today, Curtis excels as the Materials Supervisor and IT Support at TEAM Andrews. His favorite aspect of his role is the opportunity to collaborate with almost everyone in the plant.

One of Curtis’s most exciting projects was the transition to a new software. This project showcased his problem-solving skills and his ability to help Drive Innovation internally at TEAM.

Curtis believes that Driving Innovation means continuously creating better, faster, and more efficient products and processes. His commitment to this philosophy is evident in his work.

What Curtis most enjoys about TEAM is the supportive environment at TEAM Industries. He values the willingness of his colleagues to help, regardless of whether it’s part of their job description. He also highlights the benefits of working at TEAM, including its private ownership, stability, and excellent employee benefits.

Curtis is known as a man of many talents. His approachable demeanor and willingness to take on more responsibilities make him the go-to person for many tasks at TEAM Andrews.
