Testing

       To ensure that finished products can fully accommodate the client's needs and expectations, designs may be bench and field tested to validate FEA results, prove functionality, and determine reliability.

Our testing department includes:

• 14 computer controlled test benches/dynomoeters; gas, hydraulic and electric powered.
• Hemi-anechoic chamber for noise analysis
• Experienced staff and fleet of test vehicles
• Variety of test track configurations

       Metallurgical labs, real-time X-ray, and Zeiss measuring equipment are also utilized to ensure product integrity.  Extreme testing is also done in partnership with several professional snowmobile and ATV racing teams.
